10 dead hand pullups 30lbs vest 2 then 1 at a time

20 front squats 85lbs.

WOW, I just checked I thought I had never Cand J befor and I find this from August.

Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

1. 115lbs
2. 125lbs
3. 135lbs
4. 145lbs
5. 155lbs
6. 160lbs
7. 165lbs (body weight)

Thanks Scott, I didn't even know I had done the CnJ. It has to be skill, I have been practicing the clean progression.

Nice improvement over your last c&j! a 20 pound improvement is enormous. You won't die in the pain storm, just watch your back.
