Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
Itime with 35lbs bumbbell (no kettelbell) 8:45

See I didn't do any extra!! SEE, SEE, SEE!! I want to do some OHS, but i can hold off!

thanks!! But I still have to make it through our 3:00 break without workingout, does handstand practice count? Or exctra pullups?

Thanks, I have adopted a quality over speed frame of mind, it is easy to push for time and throw form and effort.
