Best crossfit gym in Fayetteville?
 

Moving to Fayetteville in a few months and I'm wondering what gym is the most recommended.
Not looking for a gym where the juicebar is the main attraction, just a decent gym with decent equipment and decent people at a decent price.
Looking to bring the family, wouldn't mind a MMA style gym with classes so long as it's not over priced (read poor military fellow)
Anyone know anything that fits the bill?

CrossFit Fort Bragg would be the best place to start, a bunch of guys train there, it is in Spring Lake just outside of the base and if you sign up for a year then it is $100 per month... Great trainers, at least the owner, I can't speak to the rest as I haven't met them.

Actually, there are four places in Fayetteville - two of which have MMA training. All four have great programs, but it depends on what you're looking for - coaching, people, personality.

Check them all out. John is right though, Michelle's a great gal and excellent trainer. 8-)
