The wall climbs were brutal!!!:yikes: Plus, I haven't done a metcon like this in a while. I was gasping for breath after round five.....

I got out and ran early this morning because we were going to the theme park for spring break. Forgot about daylight savings, and ran in the dark for about 15 minutes....3 miles in 26 minutes.
