Advice needed!
Hi CF world!

Two days ago I did short intense workout...

AMRAP for 10 mins of:
- 110lbs Bench Press 5 reps
- Pull Up 3 reps

I did 20 rounds, I was exhausted!

Is this good routine? Give me some advice, please...

You should post this in exercizes section, this is the log section. But welcome to Crossfit. To answer your questing. Is that a good routien? For what?
