Swim Intervals: 8 x 50m 3-5 sec slower then best avg for distance. Rest 30 seconds between intervals

WU - 200 - 100 free - 50 kick drill - 50 pull drill

Intervals: Total Time 8:45 - Swim Time 5:15 - Rest 3:30

CD - 50 free - 50 breast

Total Distance - 700

5 Pull-ups - Had to sub pull downs at the office - used 90lbs (need more next time, try 100 if doing pull downs again)
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

14 rounds

65 pound Thruster, 5 reps
65 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
65 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
