Surprised that I hit the 160 and 165 that easily...kind of took my time on this one - double unders were okay, not great.

6x250 - miss. Ouch...tweaked my back. Same spot. Need to rest for a few weeks now. It's a disc that likes to get inflamed. I think I maybe went down a bit too aggressive.

I got 222 on this. Which was a 2 rep PR. I was shooting for 17 average in the first round, 15 on 2nd and 13 on 3rd. I was good until the last set of chest to bar pull-ups

I did a few extra thrusters in each round to make the C2B pull-ups a bit less taxing. Looked like this.

This is a different kind of workout though.
