Albany CrossFit Workout Log
 
Here it is, folks, the New Albany CrossFit Workout Log

The format will be name, date, exercises, snarky comments about exercises, as follows

Luke, 10/29/2007

Row 500 m, 50 dips, Row 500, 50 PU, Row 500, 50 Modified Handstand in 18:47

PullUps-1 at 1 minute, 2 at 2 minutes, etc.......Got to 14=105 pullups in 14 minutes

Then I went checked out CrossFit San Diego, for ****s. And they worked me oh so very very hard.

Report that last post to the Department of Redundancy Department, please.

Today:

Back squats (not yet ready for front squats): 135, 135, 135, 95, 95.

Learned to do the GHD situp today, too. Was pretty funny, 'cause I was afraid I was going to fall or snap my neck. Got the cold sweats, but practically wrapped in climbing harness, I did 'em. Next time without a safety net, Jason.

4x4 Front Squat at 135 lb

"Fight Gone Bad" with SDHP, Burpees, Broad Jumps, GHD Sit Ups, Wall Ball, Rope Climb, 2 rounds........score 164

Of course the hot female Olympic snowboarder handed it to me!

10/31

Front squat 5x5 at 135 lbs

Back squat 8x5 at 185 lb

DL Split Grip 8x5 at 185 lb

DL "hook grip" (ow.........), got like 15 of this

I think I need a day off.

Nice job Luke!

Front Squat 5x5 - all 185lbs.

I am working on my OHS and Snatch. After the training I learned a lot about my form.

Can't wait to hit Diane today!

mini-workout: OHS w/broomstick, ~wee little run X 5 rounds don't remember the time.

Luke you are one badass dude.

Jason, you are just baaaaaaaaad.

It was fun working out with Jess and Dave and Bruno and the baby.
