Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 85 pound Back squat, 7 reps 20 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (right hand) 7 Burpees 20 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (left hand) 6 full rounds + 7 back squats |

Thanks Shane. Actually what it really hit was my lower back. It was burning like all get out!! I really liked this one. It was great. My legs are still sore from the front squats on Monday, so it was a challenge- |

10 Thrusters 55# 10 ring push ups 10 rounds 23:52 Only did ring push ups for round 1. After starting round 2 I could only get one at a time, so decided to switch to regular push ups. This one was hard for me. Push ups were very broken and thrusters were unbroken the first round, but then in sets of 5 after that. |

Those ring push ups get really hard, really fast! I tried it the other day and switched to parallettes after the first round. Great job!!! |

Strength: Back Squat 3x5 warm up 45 x 5 95 x 5 95 x 5 work sets 115-125-125 Still having issues with not sitting back enough and letting the weight get forward. Decided to stay at 125 for the 3rd set and try to correct that. Felt some better. AMRAP 10:00 DB snatch 5 each arm 25# 7 American swings 16 kg KB 9 box jumps 20" 5 complete rounds + snatches, swings, and 4 box jumps |
