Clean and Jerk

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping weight. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets. Foul constitutes 10 Burpee Penalty.

Used 75# and completed in 8:52 with no fouls
