Nice work Tim, Bill Super job on 19.2 you go me by 6!! My buddy, like me cant do DU's. He hates jump rope and is bad at SU's. Like to do 10 in a row and they bother his new..... well this years OPEN brought the best out of him. He did 50 SU's in a row a few times was the only person in the whole box to go for 20Min!! He came up 4 Sq cleans of finishing!!! Crazy!!

RD 4 25 Sit-ups 50 SU 9 Sq Cleans @ 125lb ! 342 reps. I just finished my 11th sq. Clean at 11:59 and made it to round 4!! I was able to get 3 Sq. Cleans in at 125lb. 19.3 55+ RX / 10Min time Cap 200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge @35lb 50 dumbbell box step-ups 50 strict handstand push-ups 200-ft. handstand walk I got 78, I'm good with this score. 40 on the lunge and 38 step-ups. I judge someone today that got 179, one short of finishing. he killed the HS walk and fell on the last one with 5 Sec left. went back to the line and fell again as time ended!! Crazy!! |

have been trundling through ..as a fully paid up member of the slow loris athletic community I demonstrate the mantra of " we get there when we get there" . 19.1 rx 159 19.2 174 scaled have had a couple of years of very intermittent training due to family caring committment but have now resumed life cheers to everyone. Group warm-up it was a big group today about 18 folks!! WOD: 4 Man Partner WOD 30Min Cap 6000M R0W one person rowing 400M while other 3 are working on 15 Pull-ups / Ring Rows 20 presses with a bar 10 Burpees 27:07 This one felt good, got the body moving and feeling good after 19.3. My legs are sore from 19.3.......... |
