Tomas log of progress
 
Hi,

After few weeks of CrossFit wod'ing decided that this thread will be most usefull for me to see my progress.

My details of today are [B]181cm 72kg 30yrs[/B]

my 1RM (which wasn't updaded for couple of months)
Squat 130kg
Bpress 80kg
Press 60kg
Deadlift 130kg

Sadly i don't have any affiliate nearby, the nearest might be Stockholm.

Abit slacking with clean & jerk form , hope time&experience will correct it :)
