Crossfit @ Romeoville Lifetime

As a firefighter I really like the idea of Crossfit and functional training however I already belong to a gym that I really like. So looking for folks that may be interested in meeting up at Lifetime during the morning hours for some training.

Check out Lou Hayes [url]http://trinitytraining.blogspot.com/search/label/Functionalism[/url] (wfs) He is a local cop/SWAT guy who puts together some outdoor sessions at Swallow Cliff. We get together every now and then to inflick pain. Good times for all.
