400 meter run 21 KB swings @ 55lbs 12 assisted pull -ups (green band) So I started using this online app that does programming based on fitness levels and available equipment. It had the one cool feature I was really looking for...it is free. Hey, my kids even call me " Captain Cheapo", what can I say?:shrug: |

Stepping down off the box is Absolutely the way to go.
Julie Foucher trains at my box and every time I see her I am reminded of that fact. (here we are in front of the excavator I sometimes push for power work) Thursday January 15, 2016 Swam 880 yards in 22:19. That'd be a mile in 45, 2 miles in 90, and 2.4 in 115 minutes, which would leave five minutes under the time cap for Ironman. Hmmm..... Oh yeah, there's the small matter of then cycling 112 miles and walking 26.2. |

WU Run 400M then 3 rounds 10 PVC Pipe passthrus 10 AirSquats 10 Ring-rows 20 Sit-ups WOD: Snatch A. Work up to a heavy Snatch Balance with 3 second hold in the bottom B. Work up to a heavy Snatch from the low hang (below knees) with 3 second hold in the bottom or Back Squats 5 x 5 I DID Back Squats got 165lb 5x then 175 2x. Conditioning AMRAP 9 of: 3-6-9-12… Clean and Jerk, 135/95 75lb for me TTB Got 69 total in 9Min |
