The first two sets were a beast!!! I almost caved and stopped at three sets, but gutted it out. The last two were actually quite "easy" although I'll feel it in the a.m.

[B]Conditoning[/B] 35 minutes of interval work; increasing the work interval steadily. Weather dependent, looking to get to 60:15 by the fall.

This was probably the hardest club workout to date! The swing to chest press and swipes were very hard with the 35# club. I did this around noon and already feel the aches creeping into my shoulders....:D
