[B][I]Active stretching and 20 DUs[/I][/B] [B]WOD[/B] Today, I completed a Hero WOD in honor of a man that served in my old battalion and was from my hometown. It was easily the longest WOD that I have done but fulfilling. Until we regroup, Sir! Take Arms!! Clovis For time: Run 10 miles 150 Burpee pull-ups Finished in 1:50:57. I partitioned 1 mile, then 15 burpee pull ups; 10 rds. |
