Thank you, Helen! Correct on the "Ground" portion of the acronym ATG. Those have possibly been the best hammy therapy I could have done.

Warm-up(s):
#1. Stationary Cycling: [/B]10:00 / L3 / 100 RPM / 2.6 mi / HR to 105
[B]#2. 580m Row [/B](sprint)[B]: [/B]2:20 / 32 SPM / 1:58 per 500m
[B]#3. 1,000m Row [/B](easy): 4:50 / 30 SPM / 2:25 per 500m

[B]WOD: "Crazy 58s" (not timed and broken down as necessary)
58 Push-ups: 15, 13, 10, 10, 10
58 GHD sit-ups: 20, 10, 10, 10, 8
58 Back Ext: 30, 28
58 Hang Power Cleans: 65# - 15, 15, 15, 13
58 Push Jerks: 65# - 15, 15, 15, 13
58 Front Squats: 65# - 10, 10, 10, 15, 13 [/B](PR by default - never done these with more than 45# bar).
[B]58 Double Unders: Got 1 DU, so did 58 X 2 singles.
58 Deep Slow Relaxing Breaths: [/B]Wife made me put these in.....took many more than that in quick, rasping gasps throughout the WO!!

This was a fun, practical WO for me - - I was able to concentrate on form for the lifts and feel confident to try them with greater weights next time.

Breakfast/Lunch:[/B]
Protein bar (Power Bar) - 23g (post WO).

[B]"Snack":
[/B]Protein shake w/ 8 Oz milk - 20g protein

[B]Dinner: (B-day supper - - off the wagon....)
[/B]Beer batter fried onion rings - - lost count
Half of a 1/2 pound lean beef burger w/swiss cheese, bacon, and mushrooms, + lettuce, onion, and pickle garnish
1/2 + C garlic french fries (about 1/3 of the order)
2 glasses (approx. 32 Oz) "Arnold Palmer" iced tea/lemonade.

[B]Dessert:
[/B]Med slice of chocolate fudge cake
1/2 C Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream

[B]Glad tomorrow is a rest day for me - - I'll need it to recover from the eating.......:D:D:D[/B]

Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm just a 17 year old kid in a 58 year old's body.....plus, Chery (my esposa) will tell you I'm just as crazy as that 17 year old. B-Day was great - - had an absolute blast!
