100326 FRIDAY

FINALLY think I might have shaken the stomach bug. Today was the best I have felt in a workout in quite a while!

Warm-up:
400m Run
25 DROM
25 SPTs
15 Back Ext.
15 GHD Sit-ups
15 Ring Dips (regular dips - assisted)
15 Pull ups

Strength Work: Dead Lifts 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.
Worked up to and got 305# as a 1RM. (10# PR since my reset). :pepper:

WOD: "Randy"
For Time:
75 X Power Snatch @ 75#/45#
I scaled and used 55# because my snatch technique sucks, plain and simple.
TIME: 7:42
My first ever "Randy." I enjoyed this WOD and will enjoy it even more when I learn to get under the bar. Felt the 55# was a good starting weight and allowed for good intensity. Some technique work and I should be able to do this one Rx'd.

Boy, you said it, Marianne! Four flights of stairs? Crazy enough with just one at our place....

Thanks.....it feels great to really be "going for it" again. Still have some endurance issues, but that will come......I'm back working at Starbucks again - - lots of fun people-watching and making their fave drinks..;)
