Nice pressing Nik! I have a hard time with strict press, think its got something to do with all the shoulder injuries I've had from rugby!

Thanks, I have a hard time pressing too, but it is just because I'm weak in that lift. I have been needing to work on it. But it is tough when I reall don't like it much. But if I can keep on it, it will pay off.

Shoulder press is one of those annoying lifts as it takes so long to see any progress! Alot of time needs to be dedicated to getting big gains.

Yea, and if you are me, you start so low. Most people warm up with what I'm working out with. :rofl:

Ok so I was sick last week and missed Thurs through Sunday. Last week I also did not metcon because I was really struggling the week befor. The last 3 weeks have really sucked.

I did not have time to post this morning.
