115lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 305lbs(138k) x1 done in 7:02 scaled back for recovery. 5/3/1 dead lift tuch and go 135lbs x5 185lbs x5 235lbs x5 285lbs x5 305lbs(138k) x5 all ok, no problems here. |

•25 Deadlift (100/60kg) •25 Box jump(24/20") •50 Pressups •20 Deadlift (100/60kg) •20 Box jump(24/20") •40 Pressups •8 Deadlift (100/60kg) Box jumps. I just was slow. I think the squats and deadlift from 10;00 wrecked my legs for the box jumps. I did all I could and even rallied in the middle of the workout to push on, but was just slow. |

A.M. warm up
30 GHDs 30 back ext 10 HSPUs 10 wide C2B dead hang 30 abmatt situps 10 HSPUs 10 dead hang over hand pullups 30 squats 10 HSPUs(this sets was tough) 10 dead hang under hand pull ups 30 pushups rolled my back 2:00min rolled left glute 2:00min ham stretch with band 2:00 min a side left ham sore and tight. quads and hams sore and tired today. Shoulders and back inbetween shoulder blades sore too. Tired today. |

Na, just set form and go. Pain is from pushing to hard in the lift and breaking form. My legs are sore, but no real injury pain. |

rolled my back 3:00min, (1 min of it was inbetween my shoulder blades) 100 weighted situps with 35lbs(16k) DB on chest 9:00min even. |
