Ooooo what will it be tomorrow, you and Whale are getting up a bit of competitive spirit on here, good to see. Hang snatches are hard, nice work Nik they take a lot of explosive power.

Yea, I love the comp spirit, plus Whale called me old!!

I like the hang power snatches, like you said, it is a fast power move. Done right it is fast and crisp and feels good.

Cannot believe he 'Olded' you Nik, that means war, there's some chest to bar pull ups today so you can show him how old you are :highfive:

I know, he sure did! I will skip todays workout for my feel. Hell and ball are still hurting, is I can't run, box jump, and I'd sumo for the row, so I couldn't really compare.

Plus the mainpage has rope climb, so I'm in on that.

pushups (20/10) shoulder tired
ohss with bar

deadhang pullups in sets of 10
wide C2B
close over hand
close underhand


HSPUs 2/5/3 Shoulder feeling it today.

Rolled my back 2:00min.

Good thinking, I am also beat up and will be doing my own thing, pity I cannot join you on the rope climbs.

easy reps but I had to do the last rep with out shoes. I missed that rep because I was in running shoes, so U threw them off and hii a solid rep.

left trap and shoulder blad really sore from yesterday, I hope rolling befor the workout will help.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
15 Push-ups

10 rouns on rope climb 8 pushups.

Really happy about that.

Even with smoked shoulders I threatened the main page post.

Broke pushups after 4th round, mostly 6/5/4 ot there about.
one round was 7/4/4.

Rope was fine and no problem. Left shoulder blad sore from yesterday, I felt it, but it did'nt stop anything. Like I said, with fresh shoulders Id have gotten close to 12 rounds or more.

oh Scott, if you had a rope, you would have loved this!
