'Lynne' - BW 170 Bench Pull-ups 1.12 25 2. 9 16 3. 7 13 4. 5 12 5. 6 15 39 81 - 120 total - PR by 8 reps. Thought I would've done better...not sure what my rest periods were last time but this time I did :30 between bench and pullups and 3 minutes between rounds. |
