It's very hard to find time work out when you're spending 20 hours a day at the hospital with your 4 day old 1st baby...also an easy time to let up as nobody will fault you for NOT working out. She's doing a bit better, and the only thing that is important to me is my cute little daughter and the next blood gas test result. Keep your fingers crossed. At any rate...I'm still not feelin' 100% and will be visiting a dr soon. That being said. I made up a workout at home since I have a very short window time that is free to me... 10 Rounds for time 5 support beam (In my basement) deadhang pullups - chins, or alternate grip 10 pushups 15 situps 20 squats 22:39. |

Yet another at home BW workout. Modified warmup when I work out at home... AMRAP in 15 minutes 7 HSPU 7 Burpees 7 rounds + 4 HSPU's |

C & J 5 - 95 3 - 135 1 - 155 1 - 175 1 - 185 1 - 195(F) 1 - 190(F) 1 - 185 1 - 185...Probably some of the ugliest C & J's you've ever seen 155x3 for good measure. Still not 100%. Wasn't expecting any PR's today. |
