No real program to speak of - I did do some hill sprints a few times...last one was 1:1 rest for 20 min AMRAP
Friday I worked out at the neighborhood club 10 rounds or 30 mins 10 pull-ups (strict) 20m weighted carry, 200lbs 7 rounds + 10 pull ups Tough on grip! |

Okay - slackin' on the ol' log here. Weird not having a gym. Just making do with what I have and staying active.
Not sure on the dates here but I think this is the order I went in. Tabata Squats 20,19,18,17,17,17,17,17 - 142/17 Push-ups 12,11,10,9,9,7,7,5 - 70/5 ugh Sit-ups 10,9,8,8,8,8,8,8 - 67-8 Thought I had my clock set right but it was for 24 consecutive intervals instead of 32...so I had maybe a minute or so break before the burpees...they were still super hard Burpees - 6,6,6,5,5,5,5,6 - 44/5 Couple days later 2 mile jog - felt fat 05/03 At the track 8 laps Sprint straight Walk turns Then 8 rounds Every 90 secs Sprint 100 yards in socks on field 05/06 Couple days later 10 rounds 7 steel beam pull-ups Rest 30 secs 15 burpees as fast as possible Rest 30 secs 1. 2:07 2. 5:02 3. 8:11 4. 11:35 5. 14:54 6. 18:23 7. 21:37 8. 24:46 9. 28:06 10. 30:53 Also - beam pull-ups are funky..not sure why. My guess is that it forces to use proper technique lower in the arm and in the shoulder because you can't get help from your grip. I don't know. Each round is finishing time. |

5 Rounds for time 50 Double unders 10 HSPU 19:51 - Did this outside at my house on a bent piece of plywood and against my chimney. :) |

Did a hill workout a few weeks (3 weeks?) ago and my back tightened up along with my calf. So I took some time off - then did a 20 min AMRAP a week later at a track - 400m run/rest 1:1. Felt like I was dying!
