I think I did the first 5 and last 5 the quickest!! Ha Ha!! One youngster did in 6:42!! |

I had as much as four goals for last year - at least 150workouts, DB power snatch 40kg (88lbs) C2row half of a marathon under 1h40min and also C2row my "hop scotch" rowing program (200m easy,100m sprint, 400m easy, 100m sprint etc up to 1000m and back to 200m with 100m sprints in between) under 25min... 158 workouts, 2reps with that Db power snatch, "hop scotch" rowing under 25min, but did not better the half marathon... This year same, at least 150workouts, do that half marathon rowing under 1h40min and keep the strength-level up..
