Me, Fedor via sub sometime late in the second.

I really want Fedor to win.

What weight is this being fought at?

Will we see Fedor cut to 205???? If so he could be DEADLY at that weight!

I do love Hendo though, so hard to have a pick to win when it is two of your favorite fighters.

I think I read 220lb somewhere.

I too read catch weight of 220.

Re: Fedor vs. Henderson

Dan tweeted today that if the fight happens it's happening at HW.

Dan's manager had posted previously on the internet saying all the "catch weight" talk was initiated by Fedor's people and was contract shenanigans - i.e. a ploy to renegotiate to get PPV percentages.

220 is a goofy "catch weight" anyway -- Dan will show up weighing what he weighs, which is nowhere near that (more like 200#), and 220 is technically HW. So, might as well fight at HW anyway.

Hendo could pull this off!

Re: Fedor vs. Henderson

Fedor hasn't had a win over a legit HW fighter since 2005 with wins over Cro Cop and Nogueria. Velasquez, Carwin, Dos Santos, Lesnar, Mir, Overeem, would all whoop him. Brandon Schaub would make his life miserable.. This guy should have cut to 205 years ago and fought some top tier competition. He is lazy and fat and won't even get in shape to fight Henderson. I hope he puts him in his place. Arlovski (who hasn't beaten anyone worth mention in his career) was destroying Fedor until he took that crazy lucky punch.

Henderson by way of *** whooping.

Is it possible for Fedor to cut 25lbs at 34 years old healthily? Going from 230 to 205 sounds like a lot.

That's not that big of a cut. To do it well he'd diet down (has some extra padding to lose :p) to about 215lb or less and then cut what's left the days leading up.

BTW, 34 is not that old!

edit: I wouldn't be surprised to learn that some middleweights are that size between fights. Some of the larger 205ers are as big as 250+ before they start dropping weight.
