First day at Crossfit Shatter with the 101 class. Had a great time and looking forward to Thursday!

Mostly a refresher on my part, but still got my sweat on with a little 15-12-9 of Burpees and squats.

I may have been able to go past this, but still had stuff after so I stopped here. First time squating with the belt. It made a big difference.
