Team Shatter rocked the Albany Urban Raid today, 5k of obstacles and hills through the city. I opted to not go for time on this one so that we could all finish as a team, but we still made decent time, I clocked in at 52:32 with most of the team following right after.

Managed to get a solid 12 miles of hills in yesterday with the old running crew. Time ended up coming in around 2hr 15 min.
