Tim - My deepest condolences to you and JT's family and friends. JT was an extraordinary person. It was a highlight of the day to see what he had been doing on this board. He personified the CrossFit ideal. I can't believe he's passed.

Shoulder rehab protocol OH dumbbell press (L) 20, 30, 30 X12/ (R) 10 X3X20 Knee pushups X3X10 DB rows (both sides) 30 X3X15 Lunges X3X20 Skied 4 days this week. Three at Breckenridge, one at Keystone. Took Wednesday off due to the extremely cold temperatures that day; toured the national mining museum in Leadville, CO, instead. |

Thanks guys for the comments. I beginning to understand the inspiration JT was to so many people. He was a mentor to many.
Met with some fellow Crossfitters to plan a tribute WOD for JT. "JT Kalnay Memorial Dinosaur Slayer WOD" The WOD will be Sunday, February 14 from 11-1 at 15:13 Fitness and Strength in Grafton, Ohio. I expect it to be a huge turn out. There is a Facebook page dedicated to the event. |

Holy S__T!!!! I'm pretty new to the group, but JT was one that brought me right into the group, making this an effective group, and always brightening my day with his input and postings. He will be sorely missed here.

Feb. 5th Friday- Watched my son Logan CA JC College baseball team play 2 games. 1st game went 13innings they won 7-6, they won the send 7-6 too. Got home about 10:30PM….
Feb. 6th Saturday: Mobility…….. WU: Ran 400M WOD: 3 Man partner / Complete 2 Sets Run 800M 20 sets: 5 Pull-up 10 Push-up 15 Air-squats Run 800M So I got partnered up with 2 young RX bucks. The kept me working!!!! So as you did the 800M to end the first set, we had to go 800M again to begin the 2nd set, 1 mile continuous… Ran 2Miles total. RIP JT |

I'm a frequent lurker on this thread, and just read about JT. How sad, my condolences to his friends and families. I hope I'm not out of line in asking what happened - his last post on Thursday mentioned he was feeling sick that day. For him to pass away that evening is scary.
