Push press KB swings, 20 lb. Box Jumps, 20" (I got to try out my new box) 7 rounds complete in 20 mins. |

Worked out today after 37 days. The kitchen is very close to done. Great visit with Andrew and Jennifer over Thanksgiving. Had a cold for about a week.
