Magnesium with B6
Previously I had been taking these before bed and now when I went to buy another bottle of Magnesium with B6 supplements the lady at the health shop said I should take them in the morning?
When should I be taking them?

Generally, if you're deficient magnesium before sleep will help you sleep better.
I personally don't see a reason for taking them at either time though
