I'm afraid to ask...I think I'm performing the Cleans wrong. When I last completed Linda I performed Hang Cleans. Is this wrong? Also, I do not get into a full squat position during my hang cleans, I guess I figured I really didn't need to. I just snao it up with a semi bend/squat. Please clarify what type of Clean I should be performing and should I be completing a full squat within each rep.

Bad news, George. The standard default for cleans, in Linda and otherwise, is a full squat clean unless stated otherwise in the WOD. If you are just starting out though, doing hang cleans isn't the end of the world - it's good practice for the 2nd pull and catch. Next time around, do full squat cleans, but go light and get the form and movement down. Get a-- to grass when doing your squat cleans unless you have an injury or reason that you can't get fully down. Good luck and stay fit!!

you confirmed my nightmare!!! This is going to increase my time and frequency of puking by quite a bit....I love it.
