A good friend of mine is a football coach at Loyola High School in L.A. He is now a proven CrossFit disciple, and asked if anyone has info on adapting CrossFit to the school's strength and conditioning program. Any ideas, experiences, or program examples in the CF community

Have him email Coach. There is a football coach in Texas using an adaption of CF that Coach is very enthusiastic about.
M and Tu: CF Met-con
Wed: Heavy power lift/Oly lift
Thu and Fri: off
Sat: heavy power lift/Oly lift
Sun :off

Coach would have much more in depth suggestions, and he has an interest here. Good luck.
