Last workout: 12.23.2017 Saturday WU: Ran 400M then various sprints with the group WOD: 12 Days of Christmas 1 Run 1 Lap 2 Muscle-ups 3 Goblet Squats 4 Burppes 5 HSPU / DB Press for me 6 Wall Balls 7 KB Swings 8 DB Snatch 9 T2B 10 lunges w/ KB or DB 11 Dips 12 D-Ball over shoulder. 44:19 I Cruised along fine until 11, the Dips were tuff!! Bouldered at Rock Mill. Sent a blue I tried on Saturday. Very close to an orange. Maybe Sunday. Also took a 2 mile walk outside in the elements. Peaceful.
