400m run 2 x 10 each: OHS hip extensions GHD sit-ups kipping pull-ups ring dips "Diane" 21-15-9 deadlifts, 225# HSPU's 3:36 Well off of my PR (2:03). HSPU's were a chore; probably still getting strength back from the month of no pressing. Also, mouth's been dry all morning, so I might be a little dehydrated. |

Two-a-day time!
12:15pm "Annie" 50-40-30-20-10 double unders sit-ups 6:15 So, no PR's today. Stumbled a little on the 40 double unders, and I could have pushed harder on the 50 sit-ups. Jumped into this one cold with about 90 minutes rest since "Diane". |

I thought this would be a sub-5, but the deadlifts really got into my lungs. 7:30 2 x each: 10 sumo squats w/ rotation 10 dislocates, v1 and v2 band shoulder stretch, distracted joint 10 burpees "Nasty Girls" 3 rounds 50 squats 7 muscle-ups 10 hang power cleans, 135# 7:55 (PR) ...by 1:33. Everything unbroken until the 3rd round, then I had to break the squats and muscle-ups into two sets each. |
