When the plan fails and you realize you can't break everything up the way you had hoped, start putting your hands on your lower back like you're still nursing an injury from 14.3 and shrug your shoulders at people that tell you to keep going. |

13.3 except for the elites was a chipper of sorts.. 150 wall balls, 90 D/U's and 30 Muscle ups.. they might have two of three events in this one.
Getting excited about 14.4! I do it on Thursday nights that way I can be fresh again on Monday for the re do if needed. 14.1- no re do 14.2- 1st 189 and 2nd one 190 14.3- 1st 136 and 2nd one 141 Glad I did both of them.. that 1 reps and that 5 reps was a bunch of points in the reverse way. |

I already have my white shorts on under my sweats. All I need to hear is 10,9...
With only 10 seconds I can't pace myself taking the sweats off. All out in one move and hope the shorts are still there. I might upload the video for judging purposes. Oh and for the WOD- Take Rich's score divide by 2 add 1- bingo! |
