Well after 5 months of crossfit and busting my arse on the chinup bar and dip bar. I finally got the opportunity to try a muscle up on rings (I should have my own set of tylers rings in the next week or so)
Busted out my muscle up which I'm sure was ugly but I did it. 5 months of hard work all put into 10 seconds.
When I get tylers rings for home I will video it and post it
I have a long way to go before I can do one MU.

I've been at it for nearly 3 months-and close but not there yet. A kid-19 years old- where I work just walked up to a car hoist, about a 4 X 4 inch square tube metal, and just does one. Just like that!! I'm decribing what I'm trying to do and BAMM!! he just does one like that. So now everyone thinks they can do one, and you know what happened-know one got close, they alll got to the transition point and failed.
Glad to see all of your consistant hard work paid off. I hope you continue and can crank out 10 in a row by the end of the year.!!!
