Exactly(and thanks) it is what I wanted, to hit the reps unbroken and a hefty weight to fight to stay calm in. I am real happy with it.

all good, last rep though as I dropped in my legs felt really weak, and at the bottom I really had to fight to get back up but it came up slow and solid, so it really was a good rep.

8 Bar-hop burpees

Well that was a disaster, I never got through the snatches, I got up to 115lbs for 4 sets and about 1000 misses and ran out of time for the metcon. So bad day today. :shrug: What are ya gonna do, it happens I guess.

You got through the tough single on the squat earlier today, so not a bad day. You'll get it next time. :)

Yea, I'm cool with it, it sucks but we all have off days, I know I did all I could and stuck with it the whole time and did not give up. So I can't do more then that. Tomorrow will be better.

not bad, a little behind where I was at, last time I did 2 sets at 135 and 1 set at 140, but that was two weeks ago, so just a bit back.

Monday morning blues and warm up

rolled my back 2:00min
rolled piriformis 1:00min a side
rolled hip flexers 1:00min a side

calf stretch 1:00min a side

3 false grip kip muscle ups

feeling a bit down today, but I hope food and squats will kick me out of it. That and I get to snatch today(yipee). ;)
