Re: Nik
10:00 break
daily squat 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 325lbs x1 340lbs(154k) x1 easy. The last rep at 340 was easier then the 325 rep. ( I rested the guts of 3:00min befor I did the last rep. I'm flying! today is my rest day and I was not going to squat today, but I could not keep from it. Lower back was sore befor hand and I though if I just did a few lighter reps I wouls feel better. Well I kept goinig. Loved it. Back and everything else feel loads better. Something about a heavy squat the kind of reset everything and everything feels better. Happy, so much fun, so much fun. |

daily squat
bar x3 135lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 325lbs x1 340lbs(154k) x1 all easy. 5/3/1 dead lift 135lbs x5 185lbs x5 235lbs x5 285lbs x5 325lbs(147k) x8 I picked 8 reps for the last set and should have picked 10, I hit 8(tough but ok, little fatigued) and probably had it for 10 but stopped at my number. next time I will aim higher. Great day. happy thanks giving all. |
