A.M. warm up
11 HSPUs 30 ghds 30 back ext 11 hspus 30 abmat situps 30 squats 11 hspus 10 wide C2B dead hangs 10 close over hand dead hangs 10 close under hand dead hangs 30 pushups kicking drills rolled piriformus 2:00min a side rolled back 2:00min rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side back is a little fatigued and left calf tight on the air squats. I will drink as much water as I can and see how I warm up. |

daily squat 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 325lbs x1 340lbs(154k) x1 all easy, the last rep was solid, knees went in just a tiny bit but not bad. Great fun lift. |

Great work in here Nik! I see that you are making some real progress on the squat! Up to 340# now! Is this a PR? I remember when you were at 315-320 for the longest time, great to see the number go up like that!
