I'm intrested to see how everyone records their workouts. In the past I developed a form which included: Phase, Day, Date, start time, finish time, weight, sleep hours / quality, and sections for warm up, energy system training, and lifting. The format doesn't fit with the more free form CF workouts. I have an Iromind training Tablet N. 2 which I'm going to start using.

Keeping records of your workouts is an excellent practice. You keep more detail than I. I use one of those writing tablets with the black cover we used in Elementary school. I usually just record
1. the description of the WOD from the website
2. my results, time, load used, reps, etc.
3. Comments on how it went, if this would be WOD to try again, etc.

I also use a whiteboard to record current maxes on lifts, pull-ups and dips, and my latest scores on the 5 CrossFit tests from April CrossFit Journal.

I like the white board idea and am going to impliment it ASAP. Anyone use a PDA or computer? Haven't done all of the tests yet, just as they come in the WOD.

I use index cards. I write down the WOD - then record my score/time/weight, etc. and anything else pertinent. I keep them in a recipe box. I find it super helpful with Crossfit. Since our workouts vary so much, it's nice to be able to look back and see what weight I previously used for a particular workout.
