How much is enough? On the WOD rest days should i do light exercise or just chill for the day. LAst week(Wednesday) i did an upper body workout (as part of my course) on my WOD rest day and wrestled the best i have in months that evening but by Saturday i was stuffed.
Sunday REST rocked around again, i slept in and did nothing other than ride my bike to work.
So what do you guys recommend in relation to rest

Go by feel...dont always tear it up on rest days if you can avoid it. There are no hard rules on this. If your nutrition and sleep are sound it gives you more lee-way but keep in mind we are not machines...create a stimulus via training and then allow for adaptation. Repeat. Rest is where the ada[tation occurs.
