3 min. Rower 35spm , 30 Hanging Knee Raises , 30 Mountain Climbers , (6)- 20lb. KB Swing-Toss & Fetches , 100'- (100lb.) tire Drag each direction "forward, back pedal, lateral shuffle R & L". Completed 3 Rounds in 40min.
