50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of: Double-unders Sit-ups, anchored no matt. time 8:44 last time 11:10 last,last time 13:14 DU's are getting better, Still not 100% but getting better. I got bigger bunches and stayd on it. Only break was miss reset and go. Most today was23reps. |

I know, I know. My du's have gotten worse. I've added them to the warm up and I can't get but maybe one. I don't know what the hell happened to them. :( I'll do it. |

Thanks, it is all about practice. Brady and I have a game we play, We battle for reps, he goes, when he misses, I go. Back and forth till we get tired of it. We do probably 6to10 rounds. Good practice. |

Right now if I'm good I het in the 20's befro I miss. I want and will get to a point of being able to controll them for what ever I want to get. You are right it is all in the practice. |
