Double-unders
Sit-ups, anchored no matt.

time 8:44
last time 11:10
last,last time 13:14


DU's are getting better, Still not 100% but getting better. I got bigger bunches and stayd on it. Only break was miss reset and go. Most today was23reps.

Ok with my left hand under grip was good, left hand over kind of hurt a little. You have to do ''Annie''. You know you need the DU practice!

I know, I know. My du's have gotten worse. I've added them to the warm up and I can't get but maybe one. I don't know what the hell happened to them. :( I'll do it.

Thanks, it is all about practice. Brady and I have a game we play, We battle for reps, he goes, when he misses, I go. Back and forth till we get tired of it. We do probably 6to10 rounds. Good practice.

3:00 break

Some light snach drills with Brady. Skill work really. I kept from going heavy.

First round I got 23reps I think I broke it two or three more times.


Right now if I'm good I het in the 20's befro I miss. I want and will get to a point of being able to controll them for what ever I want to get.

You are right it is all in the practice.

am rolling and streching. Shoulder is a bit sore, but nothing crazy.
Rolled the shoulder and Hams.
