Haha, you were my inspiration for that!! I'd said to kempie "If i can get 20 i'll be happy" because i've not tested max C2B before I thought that would be reasonable. Thanks for giving me a benchmark :D

Legs are in agony, left leg really sore.

Camille, I couldn't find a tennis ball, so I found a wheel off a modle car, a little bigger then a golf ball a little smaller then a tennis ball. hard, but a little spongy. It helped. I need to roll it a couple of more time. It made a big difference. I just need more time. Thanks for the tip!!

Hope it mends itself soon mate. Bodyweight HPC across the board is nice. I think that if you'd ramped up you might have pb'd. What's you oly lifting like?

Agreed with Leon, BW hang power cleans is strong work Nik and thats really inspired using a toy car wheel as a roller, I have a cardboard tube, just done those walking lunges and I think its needed.

Yeah I've used a cardboard tube too! Whatever works!! Feels really good....

What do you put in the cardboard roller? My legs were spent after the lunges.

Oly is fair to good I think. I would have ramped up, I wanted to. I wanted atleast 170, but I struggled so much with the 165, I didn't feel like I had anymore room to go. I was/am tired from the last couple of days. I just didn't have my head right and a little tired. Martin takes a mesure of my focus. I wanted to ramp belive me, I just didn't have it. i pushed more weight total then last time. That is a pr in itself.

Thanks. Like I asked Scott, what do you put in the tube? If I didn't do it early I wouldn't be able to get the workouts in at all.

True mate, sometimes that just happens. It happened to me the other day with the PC/FS/Row wod, my head just wasn't in the right place. As that weight gets heavier it's essential that you create speed through the middle, get the hips to go vertical at extension and actively pull under. As long as you're above parallel that'd count as a legit rep.

Thanks mate, I really need to get on the bar more and work them.

Nice hpc's. I'm with ya on being tired from the last couple wods. My legs were so sore last night that I had a hard time getting up off of the couch. Got a large blister on the palm of each hand from yesterday's pullups too. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's rest day. Got my rings yesterday. Maybe use tomorrow to play around with em. I was contemplating doing the challenge wod tomorrow but it looks awfull painful. Probally hit it sometime next week. Have a good weekend.
