Metcon (Time) 5 RFT (20 min cap) 400 m Run 10 T2B 7 Burpees time 12:50 I needed this. I was tired going into it and had no real desire to do it. But it went well, got better as I went. |

Metcon (Time) For Time: 30 Du's 18 Cleans 135/95 21 Ring Dips 30 Du's 12 Cleans 15 Ring Dips 30 Du's 6 Squat Clean 9 RIng Dips time 14:39 I had no gas today. Just tired, I almost didn't even do it. So it was slow and paced. Glad to have gotten it done, if for nothing else for mental satisfaction. |
