I had no gas today. Just tired, I almost didn't even do it. So it was slow and paced. Glad to have gotten it done, if for nothing else for mental satisfaction.

Hey! James! Doing ok. Training seems to be going ok. I injured my left shoulder and it is still on the mend, but I will be doing the opens either way.
