Yes thanks Nik, we are growing fast, 2000 square feet gym, it was 900 before. Loads of people coming after me too, at least 2 or 3 trying to best my scores every day, its going to kill me :rofl: |

30 squats 5 HSPUs 5 Kip HSPUs 30 abmat situps 30 GHDs 30 back ext 5 HSPUs 5 kip HSPUs 10 close over hand dead hangs 10 HSPUs 2 kip HSPUs 20 kip pullups rolled back 2:00min rolled piriformis 2:00min a side rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side calf stretch 1:00min a side working in the kipping HSPUs a little. Getting better but still awkward. Stresses at home no better. It will be hard to train today. |

I really hope so, I have planted the seed on the facebook page but Rob's been real busy getting it organised so has not replied. I am hoping for loads of muscle ups heavy bar the lot, really get it going. |

I will get on facebook and back you up on it. Really looking forward to the new programming. My bar work is really lacking and I know there will be a few workout where I will be hurting, but that is a good thing. |
