Yes thanks Nik, we are growing fast, 2000 square feet gym, it was 900 before. Loads of people coming after me too, at least 2 or 3 trying to best my scores every day, its going to kill me :rofl:

So workout of the day for you is move equipment?

I'm coaching the classes why Rob and some others take care of moving stuff, looks an easy one to coach tonight too, running and deadlifts, few KB swings.

Yes no way i'm giving up them Crowns easy Nik!!

A.M. warm up

30 squats
5 HSPUs 5 Kip HSPUs
30 abmat situps
30 GHDs
30 back ext
5 HSPUs 5 kip HSPUs
10 close over hand dead hangs
10 HSPUs 2 kip HSPUs
20 kip pullups

rolled back 2:00min
rolled piriformis 2:00min a side
rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side
calf stretch 1:00min a side

working in the kipping HSPUs a little. Getting better but still awkward.

Stresses at home no better. It will be hard to train today.

I really hope so, I have planted the seed on the facebook page but Rob's been real busy getting it organised so has not replied. I am hoping for loads of muscle ups heavy bar the lot, really get it going.

I will get on facebook and back you up on it. Really looking forward to the new programming. My bar work is really lacking and I know there will be a few workout where I will be hurting, but that is a good thing.
