You have a rope at work , I am so jealous, we had scaffolding around the building last year which got some good use. Were the double unders consecutive or did you take a break between them :D
Yea, we(Brady and I) braded it our selves, it could be a little thicker, but I'm not complaning!!!
:yeahthat: I remember reading someone had rings at work! lol
Yea, and ring at work, Life is good!! |
Re: Nik
warm up was 20 ghd's
20 front squats 85lbs I forget what else, I'm still reeling from the work out "Joshie" Complete three rounds for time of: 40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm 21 L Pull-ups 40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm 21 L Pull-ups 35:20 Pullups were full range of motion, which turned in to one at a time. I had to watch out to not use the kick up to the ''L'' as momentum for the pullup and to hold the ''L'' all the waty down. Which I was starting to just drop from the top of the pull. |
Re: Nik
Nice Joshie! I absolutely hate one arm dumbbell snatches. Great work.

Re: Nik
Thanks Elizabeth, the snaches were not to bad, my form was better, I worked real hard on form. My legs are toast!!

Re: Nik
Great time Nik, the L pull ups should of been easy with those little legs :D My core is got a serious ache on this morning, I like that feeling. As you did not mention the back I will assume all is good.

Yea, back was good, I watched my form, and pretty much let the weight drop from the top of the snach and just controlled the fall to not put strain getting it back down. Off to front squat now. |
Re: Nik

I did a serch on my log, because I don't remember doing it, and on the main page they didn't have a compared to date. I don't thing I have gone that heavy befor. So I guess this is my ''PR'' for lack of never doing it. Or I just set my stardard. I went at it with core in mind. Hold my breath, tighten my core, go slow and smooth, get low. It just progressed from there. That last set was my limit.Knees went. I'm real happy with it!! My back was/is good. That is 55lbs over body weight. Good enough!! |
