Wait until later Andre, this is Nik's extras, he's got the workout and the daily squat to come yet. Hope the stress is not getting on top Nik. |

Man, consistancy! It has taken me along time to be where I am and you still have me on press. [QUOTE=Scott Jenkins;1050854]Wait until later Andre, this is Nik's extras, he's got the workout and the daily squat to come yet. Re: Nik
Daily squat
bar x3 115lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 320lbs x1 felt good. Still need to eat more. Oh last rep a bit faster then lately. Still fighting my knees a bit, but they did'nt cave in. Just always the battle for me. Not the weight on my back, it is always fighting my knees. |
Re: Nik
5/3/1 squats
bar x3 115lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 310lbs(140.6k)x1 6 mins ARAP •10 Power Snatches (35/25kg) •10 Burpees •10 box jumps (24/22") 3 rounds even snatches unbroken but not really really fast. burpees good for once box jumps as they are. I'm not good at them. I have been working on resting on the top of the box instead of the ground. even still my rebound at the bottom is hit and miss. stretched my legs 10min after. 10 reps HSPUs. |
