Re: Nik
10:00 break
daily squat 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 335lbs(152k) ok. It was tough today, I felt tired and a bit weak, I think it is from the dead lift yesterday. Legs felt like they had nothing in them, but I got my 335lbs again. My mid back was a little more tender today but ok wile squatting, racking and unracking was the hard part on my back. |
Re: Nik
Lunch
for time 9/6/3 dead lift at 185lbs(84k) Muscle ups time 6:22 3 misses on the muscle ups all muscle ups singles because of grip. It is cold here and the rings were slick. So I could not grip for reps and they are to low got the no false grip Mus. Deads easy and light and were there to break the muscle ups. I picked that weight because I did ''heavy'' deads yesterday and lighter deads the day before. Like I said, I just wanted something to break the MUs. |
Re: Nik
Good to see you lightening the load a little while you're sick! I am like you, train through, but back off a little - long breaks from the gym hurt performance a lot more than no breaks with sub-par efforts!
Your commitment always inspires me, Nik! Doing the Open this year? |

Feel kind of weak today but ok. Still not sleeping well. I have been having pain in my left elbow/bycept/fore arm for a wile now. I think I might have found the problem. I sleep with my arm over my head and last night woke up with my elbow hurting. I hope I can get my sleep patterns down to where I got that arm down and hope it all improves. |
